Level of development
How much detail does the model carry?
We author to the LOD and LOI your project specifies, from concept (LOD 100) to as-built (LOD 500), plus the asset information model (AIM) for operation.

About us
Two decades of building, a decade of digital
SAFAN BIM & Digital Services is the digital delivery division of SAFAN, a Saudi contracting company based in Riyadh since 2004. Our BIM services began in 2016, extending our construction experience into digital modeling and project coordination. Our background in construction, fit-out, flooring, structural steel and MEP works provides a practical understanding of site requirements and project delivery challenges.
We provide BIM model development, multidisciplinary coordination, shop drawings and as-built documentation. Our services cover architectural and structural modeling, interior detailing, façades, roofing and specialist building elements, with a focus on constructability and consistent project information.
By combining construction knowledge with BIM expertise, we help developers, consultants and contractors translate design requirements into coordinated models and usable construction documentation. Our approach supports the resolution of discipline interfaces and the preparation of structured information for project handover and asset management.
